It shall be unlawful for any person to enter or go upon any building, land, lot, or public works owned, operated, or leased to the city, including, but not limited to, cemeteries, office buildings, parks, garbage disposal sites, and equipment storage areas, between the hours of 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. except with the permission of authorized city officials or employees, or except as authorized by the Common Council.
