§ 130.001 ADULTERY, FORNICATION, AND OTHER OFFENSES AGAINST PUBLIC MORALS, AND SOLICITATION THEREFOR.

(A) It shall be unlawful for any person to engage or participate in any act of fornication, homosexuality, prostitution, or adultery, or any other act which offends against the public morals.

(B) It shall be unlawful for any person to solicit or induce any person to engage or to participate in any act of fornication, prostitution, adultery, homosexuality, or any other act which offends against the public morals.
