§ 114.02 SUPPLEMENTAL TO OTHER LICENSING PROVISIONS; CONFLICTS.

The provisions of this chapter are intended to be in addition to those of Chapter 110 and other licensing ordinances, and where this chapter imposes a greater restriction upon persons, premises, businesses, or practices than is imposed by Chapter 110 or by any other licensing ordinance, then the provisions of this chapter shall control.
