§ 30.14 RECORDING OF CITY LIENS FOR TAXES, ASSESSMENTS, FINES, AND PENALTIES.
   Liens arising under the provisions of Charter § 38 for taxes, assessments, fines, and penalties may be presented to the County Clerk, for recording, by any appropriate city officer.
