(A) All connections of street sewer extensions, trunk sewer extensions, or connections of any type to the city sanitary sewer system, or extensions thereof, must be approved by Council or by its authorized representative, as hereinafter provided.
(B) Approval may be secured by first submitting application to the city on forms supplied by the city.
(C) All connections must comply with the requirements of this chapter and with any other reasonable requirements which are necessary for engineering or public health reasons.
