§ 51.03 PROTECTION OF WATERWORKS PROPERTY.
   It shall be unlawful for any person, not having proper authority therefor, to damage, render inoperative, or otherwise tamper with any property of or appurtenant to any property of any public utility company which supplies water to the city or to inhabitants of the city.
