§ 39.069 ASSESSMENT LIMITED TO SUBJECTS AUTHORIZED BY THE STATE.
   This subchapter shall not be construed to assess a tax upon any person, business, occupation, service, or property upon which state law does not permit the imposition of an annual municipal business and occupation tax.
