§ 38.02 CERTIFICATION OF LEVY ESTIMATE TO STATE TAX COMMISSIONER, AND PUBLICATION THEREOF.

Immediately after the meeting of the Common Council mentioned in § 38.01, the City Clerk shall forthwith forward a certified copy of the itemized statement therein described to the State Tax Commissioner and shall publish a copy thereof as provided by W. Va. Code 11-8-14.
