§ 34.02 POWERS AND DUTIES OF CITY CLERK WHEN MAYOR ABSENT.

The City Clerk shall be the clerk of the Police/Municipal Court. The City Clerk shall be an amount set by City Council for the role of Municipal Court Clerk. If the City Clerk is unable to perform the duties of the Municipal Court Clerk, then said duties shall be performed by a person designated by the City Council until the City Clerk is once again able to perform said Municipal Court Clerk duties. The Municipal Court Clerk shall be appointed every year.
