§ 32.133 POWERS AND LIMITATIONS OF AUTHORITY.
   The Weston-Lewis County Emergency Ambulance Service Authority shall have such powers as are granted by and subject to the limitations of W. Va. Code Ch. 7, Art. 15, as amended, or as may be hereafter amended.
