There is hereby established in the city, acting in conjunction with the County Commission, and pursuant to the provisions of W. Va. Code Ch. 7, Art. 15, (“Emergency Ambulance Service Act of 1975”), an Authority to provide Emergency Ambulance Service to the citizens of the city and county, and which said Authority shall be known as “Weston-Lewis County Emergency Ambulance Service Authority”.
