§ 52.13 DUTY TO MAINTAIN RESTROOM OR TOILET FACILITIES.
   Every property owner shall maintain the restroom or toilet facilities within the building or structure owned by him or her in good working order and, in the event the restroom or toilet facilities become damaged, obstructed, or useless, shall immediately repair it.
