§ 129.04 COMPLIANCE WITH MINIMUM STANDARDS.
   129.04(A)   No , agent or operator shall occupy, allow another to occupy or let to another for occupancy a t that does not comply with the minimum standards set forth in §§ 129.05 through 129.13.
   129.04(B)   Every lessee of a shall comply with the minimum standards set forth in § 129.13(A).
