§ 126.14 BUILDING AND UNIT NUMBER SIGNS.
   126.14(A)   Single-family, Townhomes, and Multi-family number .
   126.14(A)(1)   House number for single-family homes shall be at least three inches in height and shall be either:
   126.14(A)(1)(a)   Attached to that portion of the facing the street on which the property is addressed so that there is an unobstructed view of the house numbers; or
   126.14(A)(1)(b)   Located on the mailbox facing the street on which the property is addressed.
   126.14(A)(2)   House number for townhomes shall comply with subsection 126.14(A)(1) above, provided that each unit has a separate address or unit number.
   126.14(A)(3)   All multi-family properties shall have the street address number not less than four inches in height in reflective material on a adjacent to the driveway entrance and within five feet of the . Where the driveway entrance serves more than one address, the shall have the street address numbers ranging from the lowest number to the highest number. Where the street address number is incorporated into other signage, the street address number shall be the highest text on the . The street address number may be added to the top of existing signage. All multi-family properties shall comply with this Section not later than June 30, 2018.
   126.14(B)   Nonresidential number . Number denoting the address for nonresidential properties shall have address four inches in height, and the unit number for each such unit within the building shall be two inches in height.
   126.14(C)   Additional Nonresidential Signage. All nonresidential rear or service doors, and public entrances shall have the street number located on the door, four inches in Height , and the name of the establishment, two inches in height, placed no less than five feet from the bottom of the door.
   126.14(D)   Community Buildings.   owned and/or operated by community Associations shall have the address, including number and street name, posted on the exterior of the at the entrance, and in the lobby of the , if a lobby exists, in numbers and letters at least four inches in height.
   126.14(E)   Community and Commercial Swimming Pools. Swimming pools owned and/or operated by community Associations and commercial entities shall have the address, including number and street name, of the swimming pool or the address of the for which the swimming pool is included, posted so as to be visible from all areas of the swimming pool deck during both daylight and non-daylight hours, in numbers and letters at least four inches in height.
   126.14(F)    and Unit Number Signs are required so that persons can safely and clearly identify and navigate to their intended destination.
