§ 125.16 ADEQUACY OF WASTEWATER TREATMENT AND DISPOSAL SERVICES.
   125.16(A)    and disposal services must be available prior to occupancy to provide for the needs of the proposed . The proposed shall be designed to provide adequate areas and easements which may be necessary for the installation and maintenance of a disposal system. All installations shall be in accordance with all applicable health and and the City of Weston Engineering Standards, latest edition.
   125.16(B)   A finding that and disposal services are available must be based upon a demonstration that an existing and disposal facility has sufficient plant and network to provide for the and disposal needs of the proposed by the application and for other in the service area which are occupied, available for occupancy, for which are in effect or for which or disposal has been reserved. If existing is unavailable, conditional approval may be granted if it is shown that there is a fiscally feasible plan to construct or expand a and disposal facility which will have sufficient plant and network to provide for the treatment and disposal needs of the proposed by the application prior to the issuance of certificates of occupancy for that , and for other in the service area which are occupied, available for occupancy, for which are in effect or for which or disposal has been reserved. This determination of adequacy shall be based upon the standards of Broward County except the may where it deems appropriate rely upon the standards of the service provider.
   125.16(C)    approval of an application for approval shall not be construed to effect a reservation of   or commitment to provide service.
   125.16(D)   In addition to the requirements in subsections 125.16(A), 125.16(B), and 125.16(C) above, proposed must comply with the adopted level of service listed in the Engineering Standards.
