§ 100.30 FILMING ON SPECIFIED PROPERTY.
   100.30(A)   Adoption of the Broward County Filming on Specified Property Ordinance. The adopts and incorporates the Broward County Filming on Specified Property Ordinance as part of the (including the definitions contained therein), except to the extent it conflicts with any provisions of the , in which case the shall govern.
   100.30(B)   Film permit. A film permit for a Production on Specified Property shall be in the sole discretion of the Broward County Film Commission, unless the or designee objects to the proposed Production because it:
   100.30(B)(1)   Impedes public access; or
   100.30(B)(2)   Conflicts with scheduled activities; or
   100.30(B)(3)   Imperils public safety; or
   100.30(B)(4)   Negatively impacts the surrounding area or use of the property, including but not limited to impacts to traffic, environment, noise, or the public's peaceful enjoyment of such property; or
   100.30(B)(5)   Is proposed by an applicant or its representative(s) who previously created a disruptive situation at the same location, or was previously guilty of violation of this Section; or
   100.30(B)(6)   Is not in the best interests of the .
   100.30(C)    review. Upon submission of a film permit application to the Film Commission, the Film Commission shall provide the application to the , who shall review the application based upon the criteria set forth in § 100.30(B). Within ten business days of receipt of an application, the shall advise the Film Commission that either (a) the does not object to the application being issued, (b) the does not object to the application being issued, subject to specified conditions (which may address matters including, but not limited to, advance notice to surrounding properties, limits on the continuous duration of or the timing of the Production, limits on the display of commercial messages, hiring of off-duty police or fire, limits on Vehicles, and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations) or (c) the objects to the application being issued.
   100.30(D)   Designated locations. The may designate one or more approved locations for a Production on Specified Property. The may limit the number or duration of, or place other appropriate limitations on, permits approved for each property, or for each approved location at a property. If there are more applicants than available permits for a particular location, the or designee will select the permittee from the applicants who are eligible to be approved pursuant to this Section on a first come, first serve basis.
