§ 20.11 WAIVER OF PROCEDURES.
   20.11(A)   Automatic waiver during Emergencies. The procedures in §§ 20.01 through 20.10 shall be automatically waived during a Declared State of Local Emergency, a Declared State of Emergency or other City Emergency situation to the extent necessitated by the Emergency.
   20.11(B)   Waiver by majority vote. The City Commission may waive its procedures in §§ 20.01 through 20.10 by majority vote of the .
