20.01(A) Time. The

20.01(D) Remote Participation. Members of the
shall be allowed to participate at any
meetings remotely (through telephone or other electronic means), provided that at least three members shall appear in person to establish and maintain a quorum. If a member is appearing remotely, he or she shall provide the
with such notice as early as possible in advance of the meeting.
