31.07(A) Municipal Code. shall have the authority to enforce the

or the public, and shall recommend, upon the identification of violations that present serious and immediate threats, actions that the may take to mitigate or eliminate these violations and/or threats. The
Official may act as the ’s agent for any purpose set forth in these Chapters.
31.07(C) Fire Codes. The Fire Marshal and certified fire safety inspectors shall have all the powers and duties set forth in § 31.07(A), and shall have authority to enforce the
, as set forth in Chapter 50 of this Code.
