81.08(A)(1) Inspections will be conducted by the

81.08(B) Registration not transferable. No registration or

All registrations/Certificates of issued under the provisions of this Chapter shall be valid for no more than one year, and all registrations/Certificates of shall expire on September 30th of each year. 81.08(E) Offenses/violations.

shall be suspended for a period of 12 calendar months.
81.08(E)(2)(c) For each additional violation of the Maximum Occupancy, parking requirements, noise ordinance, failure to advertise the maximum occupancy, failure of the
to perform the duties required by this Chapter, or any other requirements of this Chapter, the
Certificate of
shall be suspended for an additional 12 calendar months.
81.08(E)(3) Suspension restrictions. A
