§ 64.75 RECREATIONAL VEHICLES.
   64.75(A)   Temporary Placement. Recreational Vehicles and Park Trailers placed temporarily in Flood Hazard Areas shall:
   64.75(A)(1)   Be on the site for fewer than 180 consecutive days; or
   64.75(A)(2)   Be fully licensed and ready for use, which means the Recreational Vehicle or park model is on wheels or jacking system, is attached to the site only by quick-disconnect type utilities and security devices, and has no permanent attachments such as , rooms, stairs, decks and porches.
   64.75(B)   Permanent placement. Recreational Vehicles and Park Trailers that do not meet the limitations in § 64.75(A) for temporary placement shall meet the requirements of § 64.74 for Manufactured Homes.
