§ 32.09 REAL PROPERTY ACQUISITION AND CONVEYANCE.
   32.09(A)   Acquisition of rights in real property. The acquisition of any rights in real property shall be subject to approval by a resolution of the .
   32.09 (B)   Disposition of rights in real property.
   32.09(B)(1)   The transfer of any of the City's real property rights shall be subject to approval by a resolution of the .
   32.09(B)(2)   Prior to the sale, conveyance, assignment, lease and/or management agreement for a term of 25 years or greater (including options), for any (s), any Fire Station(s), Police Station, Hall, the Public Works Facility, the Weston Racquet Club, the Community Center, the Administrative Services Center, any drainage pump station(s) or any utility lift station(s), the shall hold a minimum of two public hearings, at least 10 days apart, in order to obtain public input into the proposed sale, conveyance, assignment, lease and/or management agreement. The first public hearing shall be to determine whether to solicit offers or proposals for the subject property. The second public hearing shall be to rank the offers or proposals.
   32.09(B)(3)   The notice of a proposed sale, conveyance, lease and/or management agreement for a term of 25 years or greater (including options), of any of the 's facilities set forth in § 32.09(B)(2) above, shall be advertised on the 's website at least 10 days prior to each public hearing. The shall also post a sign on the real property that is subject to the proposed sale, conveyance, lease and/or management agreement, which includes the date, time and location of each public hearing and a number to call for additional information. The sign shall remain on the subject property until after each public hearing. The sign shall be posted in a location that is clearly visible from the adjacent .
