309.12 NOTICE TO OTHER OFFICIALS.
   Immediately upon the issuance of a parade or public assembly permit, the Mayor shall send a copy thereof to the following:
   (a)   The Police Chief;
   (b)   The Solicitor; and
   (c)   The Fire Chief.
