315.99 PENALTY.
   (a)   Whoever violates Sections 315.02 through 315.07, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00).
   (b)   Any person operating a vehicle in violation of Sections 315.02 through 315.07 shall be subject to a fine of not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) for each violation.
