(a) In order to ensure public safety, the Village of West Liberty will establish two-hour parking on Detroit St. between Baird/SR 245 and Columbus St. and North side of Town Hall.
(b) No parking will be permitted downtown on Detroit St. between Baird/SR 245 and Columbus St. between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m.
(c) Two hour parking signs shall be placed in the downtown, in a format approved by the Ohio Department of Transportation.
(d) Whoever violates the provision of this section shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor and may be fined seventy-five dollars ($75.00) per day.
