957.01 SHERMAN RICKETTS MEMORIAL PARK.

(a) The Village of West Liberty will establish a Sherman Ricketts Memorial Park located on .77 acres, being bounded by Sidney Street on the West, Bradley Street also known as Wright Street on the South and State Route 245 W. on the North, is hereby established as a Village Park.

(b) Such park shall be open to the public from dusk to dark. No person shall remain in the Sherman Ricketts Memorial Park after sunset.
