(a) The terms of the said agreement shall grant to the County full authority to do all things necessary to administer and enforce the Ohio Building Code for non-residential construction within the limits of the Village and in consideration therefore to allow the County to retain all permit and inspection fees authorized by the State of Ohio for such purposes.
(b) All fees collected for said agreement as adopted by Logan County shall be the entire consideration for the performance of the duties of the Chief Building Official and his/her assistants.
(c) The Logan County Building Authority shall not issue a building permit until there is displayed a valid zoning permit or certification from the Village for such construction, use or occupancy.
