The Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to sign and submit an application to the Ohio Board of Building Standards requesting said Board to certify the Village of West Liberty to enforce the Ohio Building Code for non-residential construction with the condition that the Logan County Building Authority perform all inspections and exercise enforcement authority as necessary in accordance with the Ohio Building Code for non-residential construction within the limits of the Village and to enter into an agreement between Logan County, and the Village for such purpose, which the agreement is attached hereto, and incorporated herein, and referenced in subsequent sections of this chapter.
