1117.07 PUBLIC HEARING BY COUNCIL.

Upon receipt of the recommendation from the Village Planning Commission, the Village Council shall schedule a public hearing. Said hearing shall be not more than sixty days from the receipt of the recommendation from the Village Planning Commission.
