1113.08 PROCEDURE AND REQUIREMENTS FOR APPEALS AND VARIANCES.

Appeals and variances shall conform to the procedures and requirements of Sections 1113.09 through 1113.17, inclusive, of this Zoning Ordinance. As specified in Section 1113.06, the Board of Zoning Appeals has appellate jurisdiction relative to appeals and variances.
