1105.08 FAILURE TO OBTAIN A ZONING PERMIT OR CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY.
   Failure to obtain a zoning permit or certificate of occupancy shall be a violation of this Zoning Ordinance and punishable under Section 1105.11.
