(a) All trash, yard waste, brush, and leaves must be accessible from a street or alley. Customers must set all such items for pick up in a location that is as close to the street or alley as reasonably possible without impeding traffic or parking.
(b) The Village will only haul trash, yard waste, brush and leaves generated at the customer’s address to which service is provided. Customers may not transport, or permit other persons to transport, trash, yard waste, brush or leaves generated outside the Village into the Village for pick up.
(c) Customers shall not place ashes or embers in orange West Liberty PAYT bags or in trash cans or other containers that are set for pick up as trash.
