(a) Leaves will be picked up on an as-needed basis, as determined by the Village.
(b) Leaves must be accessible from a street or alley. Customers shall place leaves for pickup by accumulating the leaves in piles in the boulevard, or if there is no boulevard, as close to the street or alley as reasonably possible without impeding traffic or parking.
(c) Customers must insure that there are no sticks, branches, limbs or other woody vegetation in the leaves that are placed for pick up.
