(a) Each residential customer and commercial customer without dumpsters shall receive basic service for trash collection and curbside recycling.
(b) Basic collection of trash pick up shall be thirteen dollars and zero cents ($13.00) per month, with all trash being disposed at curbside weekly in orange West Liberty PAYT bags purchased at one dollar and fifty cents ($1.50) for each thirty-three (33) gallon bag or one dollar ($1.00) for each sixteen (16) gallon bag.
(c) Basic collection of curbside recycling shall be five dollars ($5.00) per month.
(d) New service subscribers after adoption of this section shall provide a deposit equal to one month services.
(e) Subscribers shall be billed each month. Those receiving water/sewer billings will have trash and recycling charges incorporated within that billing. Those subscribing only for trash service will be billed in the same manner each month.
