934.03 RATES OUTSIDE VILLAGE LIMITS.

Rates for water/sewer furnished by the Village to all consumers situated outside the Village limits shall be and the same are hereby fixed at the thirty percent (30%) above the applicable rates charged to consumers situated within the Village.
