The following rates shall be charged to Water/Sewer consumers beginning with the April 1, 2023 billing reflecting March usage.
(a) Charges for water services shall be established at the minimum rate of thirty dollars and eight cents ($30.08) per month for 4,000 gallons of water per month. Any service using in excess of 4,000 gallons per month will be billed the rate of four dollars and thirty-two cents ($4.32) for each additional 1,000 gallons of usage up to 8,000 gallons. Any service using in excess of 8,000 gallons per month will be billed the rate of four dollars and sixty-eight cents ($4.68) per 1,000 gallons exceeding 8,000 gallons of usage.
(b) Charges for sewer services shall be established at the minimum rate of thirty-two dollars and eighty-four cents ($32.84) per month for 4,000 gallons of sewer per month. Any service using in excess of 4,000 gallons per month will be billed the rate of three dollars and seventy-five cents ($3.75) for each additional 1,000 gallons of usage up to 8,000 gallons. Any service using in excess of 8,000 gallons per month will be billed the rate four dollars and thirteen cents ($4.13) for each 1,000 gallons exceeding 8,000 gallons of usage.
(c) House and trailer on same lot with only one Water/Sewer connection shall be billed at the minimum rate in effect for each dwelling.
(d) Rates for water/sewer furnished by the Village to all consumers situated outside the Village limits shall be and the same are hereby fixed at thirty percent (30%) above the applicable rates charged to consumers situated within the Village.
