(a) No person shall discharge wastewater in any manner or consistency which will cause the Municipality to violate its NPDES permit as currently issued by the OEPA.
(b) The Village by enactment of this chapter incorporates the provision of the NPDES permit and extends their authorization to apply to provision therein to persons inside and outside the Village who are users of the Villages sewage works.
