929.05 SANITARY SEWER DESIGN.

Sanitary sewer extensions must be designed by professional engineers registered to practice in the State of Ohio. Plans for such extensions must be in conformance with the Village Engineering Standards and be approved by the Board of Public Affairs. Before construction is initiated these plans must also be approved by the Ohio EPA.
