925.19 WATER USE RESTRICTIONS.
   (a)   The Mayor, or his designee, is authorized to ban on a temporary basis any unnecessary or nonemergency use of water within the Municipality, including watering of lawns, washing of cars and nonemergency household use.
   (b)   Such temporary bans shall be declared in writing and notice thereof shall be posted at the Village Utility Office and given to the local media.
   (c)   Such temporary ban shall be terminated by the Mayor or his designee when an adequate water supply has been sufficiently restored and such notification of the termination of the temporary ban shall be posted at the Village Utility Office and given to the local media.
   (d)   Anyone who violates such temporary ban shall first be given a warning; then in the event of a second violation, shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor and subject to a possible fine of up to one hundred dollars ($100.00) for the second and each subsequent violation.
