(a) The prices to be charged for water furnished by the Village Water Department to all customers situate outside the Village limits on all billings payable after the first regular meter reading during the month of June 1, 1990, be and the same are hereby fixed at thirty percent (30%) above the rates charged to consumers situated in the Village.
(b) Billing shall be rendered monthly on the utility bill and shall be payable in accordance with the terms and conditions of the regulations.
(c) All other rates, rules and regulations heretofore adopted by Council inconsistent or in conflict with the rates as set forth in this chapter or by the By-Laws, rules and regulations are herewith rescinded effective upon the effective date of this chapter.
