925.03 METER BY-PASSES.

Each service 1-1/2" diameter or larger shall be provided with a bypass. The bypass must be valved so that it can be sealed to prevent its use by anyone except Village personnel. No meters will be allowed to be installed inside housing, business or commercial structures.
