(a) Sidewalk must be four (4) to five (5) foot and matching existing sidewalk.
(b) Sidewalk must be a minimum 4" of 4000 psi concrete.
(c) Sidewalk must have a stone or granular compacted base and 4" minimum.
(d) Expansion joints will be fifty (50) ft. as needed or within reason.
(e) Wire mesh is a must in all traffic areas where driveways cross sidewalks.
(f) Tree roots must be 2 - 4" from side or edge of sidewalk and 4-6" below stone grade. Larger roots must be removed completely.
(g) Dirt and grass seed must be placed where excavation was done.
