(a) Any person conducting a temporary business within this Village who has obtained a license in accordance with the provisions of this chapter shall, upon demand, exhibit such license to any police officer or other Village official.
(b) Any licensed peddler, solicitor or canvasser shall, at all times while soliciting, canvassing or peddling, display said license on the outside of their person in such a manner so as to be clearly visible to residents. Upon request, solicitor, peddler or canvasser shall present said license for further inspection to any resident, police officer, or Village official.
