121.01 OFFICIALS' ATTENDANCE AT COUNCIL MEETINGS.

Attendance of department heads and officials at Council meetings shall be as prescribed in Article II, Section 5(a) of the City Charter. The Mayor may require these officials to attend Council meetings and provide advice and opinions as may be requested by the Mayor or Council.
