1127.07 HOMEOWNER’S ASSOCIATION REQUIRED.

The developer/owner of a residential development which requires the submittal of a Development Plan pursuant to Chapter 1220 of the Zoning Code or a subdivision pursuant to Part 11 of the Planning and Platting Code shall provide for the creation of a Homeowner’s Association.
