1355.04 INSPECTIONS.

The Director of Inspections, prior to the issuance of a license described in Section 1355.02, or any renewal thereof, shall make an inspection of the premises to ascertain that there are no violations of these Codified Ordinances or of State law. A license shall not be issued or renewed until any violation found on the premises has been corrected.
