(A) All active service accounts shall be billed at least a monthly minimum charge, as specified in the rate schedule currently in effect and approved by the Board of Aldermen. The current rate schedule can be found in § 50.02(B) and (C) and in the utilities office. The rate schedule is subject to change at any time.
(B) Residential water and sewer rates shall be as follows:
(1) Inside water.
(a) Zero to 1,000: $13.70; and
(b) Over 1,000: $7.40.
(2) Outside water.
(a) Zero to 1,000: $27.40; and
(b) Over 1,000: $14.79.
(3) Inside sewer.
(a) Zero to 1,000: $13.65; and
(b) Over 1,000: $6.76.
(4) Outside sewer.
(a) Zero to 1,000: $27.30; and
(b) Over 1,000: $13.51.
(C) Commercial water and sewer rates shall be as follows:
(1) Inside water.
(a) Zero to 1,000: $16.48; and
(b) Over 1,000: $8.91.
(2) Outside water.
(a) Zero to 1,000: $32.96; and
(b) Over 1,000: $17.82.
(3) Inside sewer.
(a) Zero to 1,000: $16.38; and
(b) Over 1,000: $8.14.
(4) Outside sewer.
(a) Zero to 1,000: $32.75; and
(b) Over 1,000: $16.27.
