§ 154.64 COMPLIANCE REQUIRED; REMOVAL AT USAGE TERMINATION.
   (A)   Failure to comply with the submitted plans and permit may result in a stop work order pursuant to G.S. § 153A-361, or revocation of the permit pursuant to G.S. § 153A-362. Once constructed, the towers shall continue to be maintained in compliance with the provisions of § 154.57. Failure to do so subjects the permittee to the penalties set forth in § 154.99.
   (B)   Any tower located within town limits shall be removed within 180 days of the date upon which it ceases to be in active use, or upon notice from the Zoning Administrator, whichever is more favorable to the owner and/or operator. Removal shall be at the permittee's expense. Failure to do so subjects the owner and/or operator to the penalties set forth in § 154.99.
