351.18 REMOVAL OF VEHICLES ILLEGALLY PARKED.

   Any police officer, finding a vehicle in violation of Sections 351.15 to 351.17 , may move such vehicle, or require the driver or other person in charge of the vehicle to move the same to place of safety as permitted under the Codified Ordinances.

   Any towing or other monetary costs incurred by the Village in removing illegally parked vehicles may assessed to the owner, lessee, or person, firm or corporation charged with the possession thereof and such charges would be in addition to any fine or penalty levied upon conviction.
