351.15 SNOW EMERGENCY PARKING.

(a) All residential streets that are too narrow for snow removal by the Village snow plow, shall be posted on one side only “No Parking from November 15 to March 15", when the snow exceeds one inch.

(b) The side of the street and the streets to be posted will be determined by the Service Director and Council each year.
